How pricing works
Debris is priced by volume, not by the hour. A bathroom tear-out is often a quarter to half load. A kitchen remodel or a full-floor flooring tear-out usually fills a three-quarter to full truckload. Heavy material such as tile, concrete and roofing is quoted from a photo so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Contractors running steady work should ask about contract pricing: one rate, scheduled or on-call pickups, and no fresh quote every load.

What we take
Drywall and plaster, lumber and trim, cabinets and countertops, flooring and carpet, tile and small amounts of concrete, roofing and siding, doors and windows, fixtures and old HVAC units, packaging and pallets.
What we cannot take
Asbestos-containing material, lead paint chips in quantity, wet paint, solvents, adhesives and fuel. We will point you to a licensed facility for those.

Can you pick up before the next trade arrives?
Yes. Tell us the window. Early morning, after hours and same-week pickups are normal for us, and we work around your crew rather than the other way round.
Is this cheaper than a dumpster?
For most remodel and small-commercial jobs, yes, because you pay for the space you use rather than a fixed rental and haul fee, and you skip the permit, the driveway damage and the loading labor.
Do you sort for recycling?
Yes. Clean wood, metal, cardboard and some fixtures are pulled for recycling, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station. Standard disposal is already in your price.
