You get the price before we start, not after.
What the number is based on
Our pricing comes down to two things: how much space your junk takes up in the truck and what it takes to get it there.

A garage full of cardboard and a garage full of concrete may take up the same amount of space, but they are very different jobs. Your quote reflects the overall job, including volume, weight, access and disposal requirements. Once quoted, we do not tack on separate stairs, fuel, heavy-item or weekend fees.​
That’s why we ask for a quick photo or description of what you need removed. It helps us give you an accurate, upfront estimate based on the actual job, not a one-size-fits-all price list.

These are general estimates. Your final price depends on the amount, type and weight of the items, how accessible they are, and the disposal required.
What is included in every price
Every quote is a straight-up number. No surprises, no fuel surcharges, and no judgment about the mess.
01. LABOR & LOADING
Every price includes the labor and the loading. We do the carrying, the lifting and the stairs, from a couch down a narrow stairwell to a water heater out of a basement. Nothing has to be dragged to the curb before we arrive.
02. HAULING
We haul the load away in one trip wherever the volume allows, so your driveway is clear the same day. There is no fuel surcharge for the drive, wherever you sit in the Portland metro.
03. CLEAN-UP
We sweep up before we leave. You get the space back ready to use, not a pile of leftovers where the junk used to be. No judgment about the mess, and no need to tidy before we get there.
04. STANDARD DISPOSAL
Recycling and standard dump fees are already in your price. We sort out what can be donated or recycled and take the rest to a licensed transfer station. A short list of materials has to go through a licensed facility instead, and we will point you to the right one.
No Surprises
You get the price before we start, not after the truck is loaded. Once we have given you a number, that number is what you pay.
There is no fuel surcharge, no stairs fee, no weekend or same-day premium, and no add-on for a heavy item we did not expect. Recycling and standard dump fees are already inside the price, so nothing gets added at the end.

If the load turns out smaller than it looked, the price comes down. If you find another two boxes while we are loading, they go on the truck.
You will not get a second invoice, and you will not get a phone call afterwards explaining why the job cost more than we said it would.
