How much does junk removal cost in Portland?
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the truck. A minimum load starts at $175, a quarter load is $265, a half load is $380, a three-quarter load is $500 and a full truckload is $645. Labor, loading, hauling, cleanup and standard disposal are all included, and you get the number in writing before we start.
Will the price change once you see the job?
If the load turns out smaller than it looked in the photo, the price comes down. If it is materially bigger than what was described, we stop and talk with you before we load anything. There is no second invoice and no surprise call afterwards.
Are there extra fees for stairs, heavy items or weekends?
No. There is no fuel surcharge, no stairs fee, no weekend or same-day premium and no add-on for a heavy item. Recycling and standard dump fees are already inside your price.
Booking and timing
How do I get an estimate?
Text or email a photo of the pile along with the address and when you need it gone, or use the Request an Estimate form. Most requests get an answer the same day, and you always get a written quote before we roll.
How fast can you come?
Many jobs are done the same week, and same-day is often possible for smaller loads if you reach us early in the day. Send a photo and your timeframe and we will tell you what is open.
Do I have to move anything to the curb first?
No. Tell us where it is and we do the carrying, whether that is a basement, an attic, a back yard or a third-floor unit. You do not have to break anything down or tidy up before we get there.
Do you serve my area?
We cover the Greater Portland Metropolitan Area: north to the Oregon-Washington border, south to Wilsonville, west to Beaverton and Hillsboro, and east to Gresham and Milwaukie. If you are near the edge of that, call or text and ask. We can usually make it work.
What we take
What do you take?
Furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances, hot tubs, sheds, playsets, exercise equipment, electronics, yard debris, carpet and flooring, construction and remodel debris, and full estate, move-out and rental cleanouts. If it is bulky, heavy or awkward, it is probably on the list.
What can you not take?
Hazardous and regulated material: wet paint, solvents and chemicals, motor oil, fuel and antifreeze, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, ammunition and propane tanks. If something on your pile falls into that group, we will point you to the right disposal option so it still gets handled.
What happens to my junk after you haul it?
We sort each load. Usable furniture and household goods are donated where possible, metal, cardboard and clean wood go to recyclers, and what is left goes to a licensed transfer station. The goal is to keep as much as we can out of the landfill.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Junk Rush LLC is a registered Oregon business and carries liability insurance, so your property and ours are covered while we work. Ask and we will send a certificate of insurance before the job.
Do you work with property managers and contractors?
Yes. Unit turnovers, eviction cleanouts, recurring pickups and jobsite debris are a large part of what we do. You get one point of contact, contract pricing for steady volume, and invoicing that clears your approvals without a fresh quote every load.
