How pricing works
Estate cleanouts are priced by how much space the load takes in the truck, the same as every job we do. A single room is often a quarter to half load. A full house usually means one or more full truckloads at $645 each, and we tell you the number before anything moves.
You can also break the job into stages. Clear the garage this week and the house after the family has been through it. The price only covers what actually goes on the truck.

What we take
Furniture and mattresses, appliances, clothing and linens, boxes and paper, tools and garage contents, yard equipment, electronics and TVs, carpet and rugs, sheds and outdoor items.
What we cannot take
Paint, solvents and chemicals, fuel and motor oil, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, ammunition and propane tanks. We will point you to the right place for those.
Questions about estate cleanouts
Can you work around family members who are still going through the house?
Yes. Many estate jobs happen in stages. We clear the rooms you have finished with and come back for the rest when you are ready, with a fresh quote only for what is left.
What if we find something valuable while you are clearing?
It gets set aside and handed to you. Our crew is there to haul, not to decide what matters, and anything that looks personal, valuable or important stops with you first.
How quickly can you clear a whole house?
Most single-family homes are cleared in one day with one or two trucks. Larger homes or ones with heavy garage and basement contents may take two days, and we tell you that in the estimate.
